West Bengal B.Ed Registration Notice (2023–2025) Full Schedule, Required Documents & Guidelines
Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University (BSAEU) has officially released the B.Ed Registration notice for the 2023–2025 session. All Principals and Teachers-in-Charge (TIC) of affiliated colleges must take necessary steps to complete the registration process via the university’s online portal.

📌 Online Registration Guidelines
- User ID and Password for the online portal remain the same as before.
- Colleges must collect Rs. 500 per student (if not previously registered).
- Payment is to be made via SBI Collect in one transaction:

Students already registered with BSAEU in earlier sessions are exempted from the fee, but must still fill the form and submit the required documents.

Colleges must submit the following documents to BSAEU as per Annexure-A:
- Online Registration Form (signed by the student & Head of Institution)
- Self-attested 10th Admit Card photocopy
- Self-attested Graduation Mark Sheets (Part I/II/III or all semesters) + Conversion Certificate (CBCS)
- Self-attested Post-Graduation Mark Sheets + Conversion Certificate (CBCS)
- Self-attested Caste/Disability Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PWD)
- Self-attested Aadhaar Card
- Migration Certificate (original) with number & date
- Migration & Aadhaar numbers must be entered in the online form
- If deputed: Joining Letter & D.I. Permission
- Other documents: Marriage certificate, affidavit for correction, etc.

✅ Submission Instructions for Colleges
- Submit all registration forms in a single cover file with the college name/code.
- Include a forwarding letter, two sets of submitted candidate list (with method subject & corrections if any).
- Attach the SBI Collect payment receipt.
- Ensure serial number is maintained as per online submission list.
