1. Who Is Pavan Kumar K?

Pavan Kumar K is an Indian Kho Kho all-rounder from Bhadravathi, Karnataka. He began playing Kho Kho when he was studying in the fourth grade, and from that moment the sport became an important part of his life.

However, the arrival of the pandemic brought sports activities across the country to a halt. Training stopped, competitions were cancelled, and athletes faced long periods without competitive play.

For Pavan, this sudden pause became one of the most difficult phases of his career.

6. Injury and a Difficult Turning Point

Soon after the lockdown period, Pavan suffered a serious ACL ligament injury. This injury forced him to stay away from the sport for a long time.
